Today Madi had her first ballet class. She was so excited and gladly ballet seems to be going better than soccer in the spring. The studio has a video monitor set up in the waiting room for the parents to watch. It was funny watching the girls dance around. The class is half ballet and half tap.
Hi - Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment about the Breakfast Burritos. To answer your question - no, I don't wait any time - as soon as I get the egg/sausage mixture cooked I start rolling the burritos. By the time I get them all rolled and wrapped they have cooled enough that I put them in the freezer. Hope you enjoy them as much as my family does.
